I work with people of all ages who lead busy lives and want to get their bounce back. Most of my clients are looking for support in the management of stress and fatigue, weight, cardio-vascular and hormone health. Many of them commute to the City every day, like I used to myself for 15 years. Learning about what and when to eat helps my clients get through their long day and still have the energy for a life after work.
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist who graduated from the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London in 2009. I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), whose strict code of conduct I adhere to. BANT also monitors its members' continual professional development.
In 2015, I joined zest4Life and now run zest4life programmes in Leigh-on-Sea. For details on zest4life, please click here.
