Happy Gut Workshop

It is not the most popular topic for conversation and not an organ we want to think too much about, yet the gut is the foundation of health and knowing more about how it works, what it does and – most importantly – how you can keep it in good working order is key for you to stay healthy and happy.
Many clients come to me because of digestive problems – the most common ones being indigestion, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) – but did you know that 30% of people with gut issues don’t even experience digestive symptoms?
Intestinal health plays a role not just right there where digestion happens, but it can also affect our mood and mind, energy levels, hormone balance and skin. The gut has been linked to auto-immune disease, cancer, allergies, migraines, sleep disturbances and much more. It is truly the gateway to health.
You’ll want your gut to function at its best, and in this workshop you will learn what you can do to support your digestive system with a gut-friendly diet and lifestyle. Find out which foods the gut loves and which ones it hates. Questionnaires and some simple home tests give you clues about which areas of your own digestive system may need some extra TLC.
