Leigh-on-Sea Personal Trainer Tracy Swindell of One Body Coach and Nutritionist  Melanie Ryan of Nutrilicious Nutrition invite you to join the 28-Day New Year New You Challenge. 

Our 28-Day Challenge is all about setting you up for looking and feeling your very best, ready to take on the New Year! The New Year New You Challenge starts on 22 January 2018 and includes a delicious seasonal food plan, body stats at the beginning and end (provided you are in or near Leigh-on-Sea), plus full support from Tracy and Melanie via a private Facebook group.

Starting on 22 January 2018 – this is how the 28-Day Challenge works....

  • This is a virtual programme, accessible anytime, anywhere, via a private Facebook group, which you can manage to suit your busy schedule.

  • a PDF packed with easy, yummy, family-friendly recipes to download to your phone or tablet so you can take them to the shops with you

  • 7 day/week support from a Personal Trainer and an expert Nutritionist via the closed New Year New You Challenge Facebook Group - use the group to meet your fellow participants, swap tips and recipes, ask questions, and share your successes.

  • Tips and tools to track your progress and simplify the practical side of things
  • Body composition at the beginning and end (optional - in Leigh-on-Sea)
