Our 30-Day Challenge is all about putting a spring in your step and getting you looking and feeling your best, ready for the beach!! The Summer Shape-Up Challenge starts on 3 July and includes a delicious summer food plan, body stats at the beginning and end, plus full support from Tracey and Melanie via a private Facebook group.
